Description
This amazing entryway was salvaged from a Pennsylvania Victorian.
There are double entrance doors with full length panels of fully beveled
distorted glue chip glass set into zinc caming.
The matching transom went above the doors.
The glass has no cracks or breaks.
Doors are made of either butternut (white walnut) or walnut and are unpainted.
The transom is made of pine and is painted.
There are shelves below the glass on the front sides.
All the hardware will need to be replaced.
The doors measure 40.5 inches wide together, 78.75 tall and almost 2 thick.
The transom is 40 inches wide, 12.25 tall and 1.75 thick.
Your bid buys the entire set, all 3 pieces.
Overall, they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as
they are antique. They could use a good cleaning. The doors are veneered and
the veneer has lifted along the bottoms of both. Please look at the pictures
carefully.

Terms of Sale
I accept returns only if my description is inaccurate. For example, if I pull
an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is
later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement,
I will allow the buyer to return the item. I describe all my items as
accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I
try to measure within 1/8 of an inch.
About Us
My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an
old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts,
fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings
that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things
that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually
resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can
think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is
open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a
day and time! Thanks for visiting. Steve and Michelle
