ARCHITECTURAL PLAQUES DEPICTING A ROYAL OR NOBLE COUPLE WITH DRAGONS / MONSTERS
ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE
From an Atlanta estate, a pair of antique Gothic ornate hand-carved
architectural wood plaques from the late 1500s to early 1600s. The pair depicts
scrolling vines originating from four dragon heads, with the carving of a noble
or royal person, possibly the original owners. In very well preserved condition
save for a chip on the left corner of the gentleman's plaque. Please see
pictures for overall condition and more detail. Measures: 10"x14".
